Almost all ransomware attacks start through phishing or social engineering.  All employees should understand how phishing and social engineering work and be able to recognize and defend against it.  You will find helpful news articles and videos and training games to help you identify threats.  This not only helps you protect the company from security threats, but it also helps you protect yourself in your personal computing behaviors outside of work.
